Intelligent gas roots flowmeter is a new type of flowmeter which integrates flow, temperature, pressure sensors .It is also a positive displacement, rotary type gas meter designed for continuously measuring and indicating the accurate measurement of gas in a pipeline. It is widely used in the measurement of non-corrosive gases such as natural gas, city gas, propane, nitrogen, industrial inert gas, etc.
1)Low initial flow rate:the min initial flow rate can reach 0.04m3/h;
2)High accuracyand repeatability: accuracy is not affected by medium, long-term operation and stable accuracy;
3)Low pressure loss: the pressure loss is 0.08 kPa-0.58 kPa;
4)Subsection correction: according to the flow frequency signal, the flow coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in six sections to improve the wide range accuracy of theflowmeter;
5)It has the function of real-time data storage, and the internal data can be stored permanently in the power failure state.
6) Equipped with RS-485 communication interface and IC card dedicated signal concentrator. And can form a remote data collection machine monitoring system through GPRS/CDMA, internet and network. Facilitates centralized collection and real-time management of data.
7)Display flow value locally and have multiple signal output functions.

The main uses of gas roots flow are as below:
1)Gas trade settlement
Industrial and commercial users: The gateway table for fee settlement between factories, large restaurants, hotels, office buildings, etc. and gas companies.
Urban gas transmission and distribution stations: used for metering in regional pressure regulating stations and distribution stations.
CNG/LNG refueling station: It is used for the measurement of refueling or storage facilities for vehicles.
2)Process Control and Energy Management
Precise measurement of fuel gas for large industrial furnaces, kilns and boilers for process control and energy efficiency assessment.
Laboratory: Research and development and testing scenarios that require high-precision gas measurement.
3)Gas production and distribution
It is used for internal accounting and external sales in the production and transportation processes of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), artificial gas, and inert gases (such as nitrogen and argon).
