Thermal mass flow meter is based on the principle of thermal conduction for measurement. In the field of gas mass flow measurement, especially in situations where low pressure loss, wide range ratio and micro-flow measurement are required, it has irreplaceable advantages. It is an efficient, energy-saving and powerful tool in gas flow measurement.

1) Directly measure the mass flow of gas
It can directly output the volume flow or mass flow under standard conditions without the need for temperature and pressure compensation like other flowmeters. This simplifies system configuration, improves measurement accuracy and efficiency, especially suitable for trade settlement and strict process control.
2) No moving parts, high reliability
thermal mass flowmeter has no movable parts, a sturdy structure, is not easily worn, has a long service life, and requires very little maintenance.
3) Wide range ratio
The range of thermal mass flowmeter can usually reach 100:1. This means that it can accurately measure both small flow rates (such as pipeline leaks) and large flow rates at full scale, with extremely high application flexibility.
4) Wide range of applicable pipe diameters
From DN15 to DN1500, thermal mass flowmeters (especially insertion type) can be used for measurement, and the cost advantage is significant in applications with large pipe diameters.
5) High precision and good repeatability
For the measurement of clean gas, it can achieve high precision and excellent repeatability.
